1. Be AWARE
- listen hard, watch carefully, touch joyfully, feel deeply, express heartily
2. Be FIERCE
- not ferocious, live with intention
3. TAKE RISKS
- walk to the edge
4. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
- consequence follows choice - and we are free to choose
5. Be WHOLE
- practice wellness, be unified within yourself
6. Be a MAKE-IT-HAPPEN-PERSON
- live on purpose, always relying on the Spirit to tell you when to move ahead with vigor and when to "let go and let God."
